My love for everything polka dots began in the mid 80′s and hasn’t stopped since. I love how feminine they are. I got these shorts a few years ago at a vintage shop in La Jolla and didn’t wear them for an entire year. Now I can’t seem to take them off. I thought it would be fun to pair them with this Old Navy sweater I swooped up just before my Carrie Bradshaw Effect began. It was a perfect casual, yet sophisticated combo.
