I find it harder and harder over the years to make use of ALL my clothing. I have TONS of dresses/skirts and high heels that I use to wear out every weekend in my early 20′s that have since started collecting dust due to my adult schedule and more laid back, dressed for comfort mentality. I have been wanting to do a post on something that I normally would consider an “PM wear” item and make it more day time appropriate. This gold skirt is from H&M forever ago. To me, gold/glitter has a stigma for PM wear. To tone down this skirt I paired it with a basic, loose, white t-shirt and flat gladiator sandals. Anytime sparkle is concerned I think matching it with something basic will relieve the za za zoom a bit. A simple gold necklace with soft wavey hair really brings an overall daytime look.
